Bobbin Head Bathroom

The renovation of this Bobbin Head bathroom required a combination of modern and traditional approaches, to match the feel of the heritage-listed residence.

It features a double shower as the centrepiece of an over-sized wet area, which also includes a stone bath and rebated shower shelves. A JRFS custom-designed and hand-made joinery unit, finished with a marble bench-top, maximises storage and useability within the limited available space.

The detailed pattern of the concrete floor tiles creates an immersive feel which, when paired with modern trimmings like the smart-tile strip drain, heated floors and towel rails, and polyurethane finished joinery, creates a warm and approachable room.
