Edgecliff Penthouse Apartment

With commanding views over Sydney city and an abundance of floor space, this Edgecliff penthouse apartment required a finish of the highest quality.

A variety of the non-structural elements of the unit were either re-arranged or removed to take full advantage of its location and aspect, resulting in a warm open space flooded with natural light and air.

It now features European oak timber floors throughout, custom joinery, a large and accessible kitchen area, and completely renewed bathroom and living areas - all illuminated with a simple and effective lighting arrangement.

The three external areas were reinvigorated with hardwood decking, hard-wearing local plants and modern lighting fixtures.
