Cremorne Point Penthouse Unit Renovation

With one of the best views of Sydney Harbour, this difficult access site had its own unique set of challenges. Some of the existing structural walls were removed to maximise these views and open the kitchen area. 

Floor heating throughout the entire apartment. Featuring silver travertine 1200 x 600 tiles. The centre piece of the main bathroom was a handmade off form concrete bathtub. 

The newly renovated balcony featuring custom fabricated and powder coated structural steel handrail, custom built BBQ joinery and an inbuilt misting machine to keep cool on hot days.
