Warrawee Extension

The rear of the house was extended to allow for a complete re-design including the kitchen, ensuite, laundry and living room.

Substantial structural steel upgrades made way for an extensive open plan kitchen and living room, which was best utilised with an elongated window serving as a splash back.

Floor to ceiling glass sliding doors, recycled Blackbutt floorboards, sourced from a warehouse and prominent Carrera marble Benchtops helped created a strong presence of natural elements in the areas.

The renovation also included an overhaul and upgrade of the houses technology, with a linked audio system throughout the house. An in wall recessed home entertainment system, with wall storage encompassing it, serves as the control point for the houses new innovative system.
